What this permission means

This optional form lets a parent or legal guardian approve all, some, or none of five separate uses of classroom recordings. Your choice will not affect lessons, booking, fees, enrollment, or treatment.

Only purposes marked Approved may be used. Mr. Bob normally crops, blurs, or otherwise protects the student's identity. Approved permissions last while the student studies with Mr. Bob and for five years after the final class, unless withdrawn earlier.

Individual permissions

Private Recording Review and EditingMr. Bob may privately review and edit complete past and future classroom recordings to prepare privacy-protected excerpts. This does not authorize sharing or publication. Private Sharing with Prospective ParentsPrivacy-protected excerpts may be shown privately to prospective families. This does not authorize public posting or paid advertising. Public Website and Social-Media UsePrivacy-protected excerpts may appear in unpaid promotion on Mr. Bob's website, official accounts, course listings, profiles, or public educational platforms. Paid AdvertisingPrivacy-protected excerpts may be used in paid campaigns and advertisements. This permission is separate. Authorized Service Providers and International ProcessingApproved providers may receive necessary access, including processing outside mainland China. Mr. Bob operates from Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Each permission is separate. A use that needs an outside provider can proceed only when Service Providers is also approved.

Deny All Promotional PermissionsRecord a respectful decline of all five permissions. This will not affect the student's lessons or relationship with Mr. Bob.
